Designed to tone your core, improve posture, and leave you feeling balanced, this 45-minute class is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a total beginner, our GoodLife instructor will guide you through a series of low-impact movements designed to build functional strength and long, lean muscle.
