

Move Free: Reconnect With Your Body
What is this about?
Most of us don’t have a motivation problem but... we have a movement problem.
Long hours of sitting, stress, and inactivity slowly make our bodies feel stiff, tired, and disconnected.
This session is not a workout.
It’s a guided movement experience to help you:
Loosen up stiff joints
Improve how your body feels and moves
Reduce tension from daily life
Reconnect with movement in a simple, enjoyable way
What we’ll do (90 mins):
Light movement & mobility (low intensity, all levels welcome)
Interaction and exploration of surrounding nature
Simple partner/group play (yes, adults can play too)
Easy movement skills you can use daily
Short sharing/reflection
Feedback for event (it would be great to see if this activity is helpful!)

You sit a lot
You feel stiff, tight, or low energy

Comfortable clothes and covered sports shoes
