About Event

Calling all international and expat women in Taiwan! Moving to a new country can be exciting and full of possibility, but it can also come with unexpected emotional challenges. For many women who have recently moved to Taiwan, the transition can involve loneliness, cultural adjustment, identity shifts, and the quiet pressure of trying to appear “fine” while navigating major life changes.

Hosted by Talent Taiwan in collaboration with The Center, this female-only event is designed to create a safe and supportive space for international women in Taiwan to connect, reflect, and explore the emotional realities of transition. Together, we will explore culture shock from a nervous system perspective, the stages of adjustment, and ways to navigate identity transition with greater self-awareness and compassion.

This event is also an opportunity to meet other women who may be going through similar experiences, build meaningful connections, and walk away with practical insights for supporting yourself through change. Whether you are newly arrived in Taiwan or still finding your footing, this is a space to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you are not alone.
