Joyce Medeiros, Founder & CEO, Investrio
Originally from Brazil, Joyce brings over a decade of experience in financial services and fintech, including Fixed Income Sales & Trading at Goldman Sachs and scaling Quantitative Brokers to acquisition by Deutsche Börse. While working full-time in finance, she built a financial coaching business on the side, supporting 100+ solopreneurs in navigating their personal and business finances. That’s when the gap became clear: if someone with Wall Street experience struggled to manage spreadsheets, taxes, and cash flow as a solopreneur, what chance did everyone else have? Joyce co-founded Investrio to solve the financial chaos that solopreneurs face daily.
Devlin Morales, Financial Advisor, Equitable Advisors
Devlin Morales is a dedicated financial advisor with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Growing up in Long Island, Devlin combines his financial expertise with a personable approach, making him a trusted advisor for individuals and families navigating investments and retirement planning.
Outside of work, Devlin enjoys DJing at local events and is a very active member of his church.
With a focus on building lasting relationships, Devlin is committed to guiding clients toward financial success.

Michael A, Founder & CEO, Rita Group
Michael is a Tech Strategist, Design Leader, Educator, and Founder with over 10 years of experience working in tech. He specializes in Tech and Design leadership and management, Design Operations, strategy, and process, Emerging Technology (from Al to AR), Design Systems, and Inclusive Design and Accessibility. Throughout his career, Michael has built, led, and managed various teams with his latest full time role being Director of Product Design at a digital consultancy. He's worked with teams of all sizes, including the City of New York, NPR, Meta, and more. He also has experience as Head of Tech & Design at HuCapital and contracting with the law firm Mayer Brown as a Tech & Design Strategy Consultant.
Beyond his full-time work, Michael is a tech, Al, and design educator currently teaching at CUNY, with over 7 years of teaching experience. Bridging his experience from corporate to the classroom, he's also the Founder and CEO of Rita Group, an ed-tech company thoughtfully supporting tech career seekers through initiatives including Rita Lab, Rita ABC, and Rita XYZ.

Michael Law is the founder and sole developer of Monarch, a productivity platform that functions as an extension of your operating system. A former software engineer and instructor, he has taught hundreds of career changers and young adults in the New York City Metro area and has worked in a variety of roles from individual contributor to contractor to founding engineer. With experience in every aspect of software product development across every major platform, Michael brings a wealth of insight, experience and energy to every session he leads
