Chef’s Choice: An Omakase Evening for Executive Leaders
You make the hard calls all day. On this night, the chef makes them for you.
Picture this: no agenda, no slides, no vendor pitch. Just a hearth-fired kitchen, a sushi counter’s worth of surprises, and a table of people who get what your week looks like.
You’re invited to an intimate Omakase dinner at Uchiko Denver, limited to twelve executives and community leaders who enjoy collaborating together. In addition, you'll experience select Japanese sake, whisky and wine flights, for those interested in elevating their taste buds even further.
Omakase means “I’ll leave it up to you,” and for one evening, you will.
How the night unfolds
🍶 5:00 PM: Doors open. Settle in with a drink and meet the other leaders around the table before our dinner begins.
🍣 6:00 PM: Omakase begins. The chefs guide you through a multi-course tasting of Uchiko’s fire-driven Japanese cooking, with fresh sushi, hearth-roasted dishes, and a few surprises. There’s no menu to read, and every course is a good decision.
🔥 All evening: Candid conversation with peers who face the same fires you do.
Why this one’s worth clearing your calendar
Twelve seats, period. Every person at the table is someone worth knowing.
A menu you can’t order. It exists only for this table, on this night.
Great food. Great company.
