Abundance Belongs to Us All is an interactive, hands-on workshop that:
1. Talks about the key principles of the Abundance Mindset
Time is not a commodity
Rest is not lazy
Dreaming is not frivolous
Space is not limited
Abundance belongs to us all
2. Discusses the impact of the Abundance Mindset
First, we need to review the harm that the scarcity mindset did and still does.
Second, when we practice the Abundance Mindset and implement it at work and in life, what changes and shifts can we expect?
Treating time as a recourse and an experience.
Experiencing rest (including active rest) as a way to recharge, restore, and replenish.
Seeing dreaming as a way for us to imagine and envision a better future for all.
Regarding space as expansive and supportive to everyone in it.
Using the Abundance Mindset as a guiding light in our work towards a more equitable, inclusive, and just future.
3. Practices the Abundance Mindset
Let’s count 60 seconds together, raise your hand when you “think” you hit 60 seconds.
Let’s look at the 7 types of rest together and share our experience with rest or the lack of it
Let’s envision a better future for all together: What is in your blueprint? Free childcare? Free lunch for kids? Affordable medicine? Accessible buildings? Housing is not a luxury? Respect is restored across the board? Civil engagement is the norm? Climate justice is not out of reach? Sustainability is cool again?
Let’s create space and spaciousness for all. Set boundaries. Expand our capacity. Extend our reach to each other.
Let’s bring the Abundance Mindset to day-to-day life. Be honest and kind. Be collaborative and engaging. Be transparent and open. Be compassionate and thoughtful. Be loving and caring. Be realistic and practical. Be sustainable and resourceful. Be gentle and strong. Be future-thinking and looking-forward. Be hopeful and stay active. Be the light.
