Transformation 101: Join Us on a Tuk-Tuk Ride
Join us for the official launch of Coach Kelly and Coach Aparna's podcast "Two Coaches in a Tuk-Tuk" to explore the intersection of organizational evolution and personal growth. We lean into our expertise as executive coaches to offer unscripted advice for leaders navigating professional and internal transitions.
We start by examining the psychological barriers that high achievers face when attempting to reinvent their professional identities. By combining neuroscience with practical leadership tools, we are aiming to help listeners manage the complexities of modern career development.
Additionally, given high failure rate of corporate transformations, another focus for us is to re-examine the practice of change-management through the lens of user adoption rather than just strategy.
