Real voices, better choices: Aligning advocacy efforts with national policy priorities

​On Monday 22 September, we’ll bring together people with lived experience, advocacy leaders, policymakers, and industry leaders for a dynamic Advocacy Exchange, focused on turning global policy ambitions into national progress for people living with NCDs and/or mental health conditions.

​The session will build on Real Voices, Better Choices, a new whitepaper commissioned by Boehringer Ingelheim and developed with input from more than 50 advocacy groups across the globe. It examines the role of lived experience in policymaking for NCDs and mental health, and details clear calls to action for all stakeholders involved in the health and policy ecosystem. 

​This session will be interactive and peer-driven - with case studies from around the world, moderated dialogue, and space for meaningful exchange between those shaping policy and those most affected by it.
