But here's what they never say: worth and rate are not the same thing. And telling a woman of color leader to simply ask for more — without naming the inherited stories, the visibility gap, and the real economics of influence — is not strategy. It's noise.
This workshop is the conversation they never give us.
We're going to go inward and outward. We're going to look at where your relationship with money came from — and where you want it to go. And we're going to get honest about what it actually takes to change the numbers.

What We'll Do Together
Intro & Welcome — 15 min Who Maya is, what Fearless is, and how this workshop fits into the series. A grounding exercise. Community agreements. You're in the right room.
Your Money Story — 20 min Where did your relationship with money come from? Childhood. Family. Migration. A sector that underpays and calls it mission. We'll name the inherited stories — not to dwell, but to decide what to keep and what to put down. Solo reflection and chat share.
The Worth ≠ Rate Equation — 20 min Your worth is not the question. Your market position is. We'll introduce a framework for understanding the gap between how much you are worth and how much the world can currently see — and why closing that gap requires both inner work and strategic moves. Breakout rooms.
Your Money Strategy — 15 min The salary negotiation you keep putting off. The consultancy rate you haven't raised. The financial constraint keeping you somewhere you're ready to leave. We'll name it, reality-check it, and leave with one move in the next 30 days.
