For this live encounter, we’ll step inside Beeple Studios, the extraordinary space created by artist Mike Winkelmann, better known as Beeple, in Charleston, South Carolina.

Beeple Studios goes far beyond the traditional idea of an artist’s workspace. It is a place where art is made and exhibited, but also a space for events, performances, other artists, projects and communities. Built around digital art but designed for physical encounters, the studio brings together artistic production, exhibition and community under one roof.

Together with Beeple, we’ll explore why he created the studio, how it works, what happens inside it, and the ideas and mission behind opening his space to other artists and the wider digital art community.

The studio will become the architecture for our conversation. As we move through its different spaces, we’ll also enter Beeple’s current artistic practice - looking at works in the studio and understanding how ideas move from process and experimentation to finished artworks.

Part studio visit and part conversation, this is a rare opportunity to enter the physical world behind one of the most influential artists in digital art and discover not only what he makes, but the environment and community he has built around his practice.
