​Happy Hourly brings together a small group of TA and HR leaders from the San Diego area who are done running the old hourly hiring playbook and are actively building what comes next. No pitch, no panel, no keynote. Just a table of people who get exactly what you're dealing with, because they're dealing with it too.

​We're hosting at Pacific Coast Grill in Encinitas, right on the water with ocean views from every seat and a coastal menu with an oyster bar and Asian-fusion touches.
