Friends and the City is teaming up with Tipsy Rose Wines winemaker and founder Maria Chiancola for an evening that blends wine tasting, education, and honest conversation, all in the spirit of COMMUNITY and CONNECTION
This isn’t just about ordering “a glass of red.”
It’s about learning how to expand your wine palate, understand the notes you actually enjoy, and confidently talk about wine without overthinking it. Maria will guide us through an interactive wine experience that makes wine feel approachable, fun, and a little less intimidating.
Along the way, Maria will also share her journey building Tipsy Rose Wines, including how one of her early mistakes unexpectedly turned into a success, plus lessons learned from growing a business from the ground up.
Marina Aslanidou launched Friends and the City App on June 1st 2025, in an effort to turn “we should hang out” into real plans and real friendships.
