11:11 Alchemy: Yin Yoga & Alchemy Crystal Bowl Meditation (75 mins)

We've crossed the half-way mark of 2026. This first session of our 11:11 Alchemy pop-up is gentle invitation to slow down and create some space for yourself to reflect and set an intention for the rest of the year. If you've been craving a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and simply be - this mid-afternoon practice is for you.
In these 75 minutes, we'll move through some gentle yin postures and ease the body into a state of rest and digest. The beautiful sound of the alchemy crystal bowls will transport you into a time of release and renewal.
Think of it as a nurturing reset where the only thing you need to do is show up and allow yourself to be held by the practice.
Here's How Our Afternoon Unfolds ❤️
Doors open from 3 00 pm. Arrive early to check in.
We begin at 3 30pm sharp and gently close the doors to maintain our peaceful and focused environment. Latecomers will not be accepted.
We close around 4 45 pm, with time to slowly transition back into your evening.

With only 25 spaces available, these sessions remain intimate and intentional. Mats are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own. Whether you're new to this practice or returning - you're warmly welcomed.
This is the first of five sessions running through July to September, each designed to stand alone. Come to the ones that speak to you.
