​Join GoodBaudi™ for our Lovers Rock Waterfront Mat Pilates Class at Yards Park.

​GoodBaudi™ is a Caribbean wellness company primarily based in Washington, DC. We offer Pilates-based movement and community experiences that bring people together through wellness, culture, and meaningful connection.

​Experience a 50-minute waterfront mat Pilates class set to a curated Lovers Rock playlist on the Yards Park Boardwalk overlooking the Potomac River.

​The class will be taught by Eden Patrick, a certified mat instructor with a Solidcore background who is also Jamaican.

​Following class, guests are invited to continue the experience with an optional yacht brunch charter on the Potomac. Charter details will be announced soon.

​This special edition of our waterfront series celebrates the 30th birthday of GoodBaudi™ founder Naudia Foster.
