His technical and professional experience spans over 25 years in various industries. He has shaped ecosystems and products around FinTech, mobile payment, mobile security, mobile identity and consumer solutions even when he was told it was impossible.
Veena Hirannaiah: A Payment product management-strategy and solutions leader focused on analytics, fraud and identity. She has held positions at Socure, SAS, Capital One and Visa. Her expertise lie in fraud analysis and fraud prevention. She excels at understanding portfolio health by creating financial models for better detection by focusing on identifying trends and opportunities for large and mid-size businesses.
Gil Akos: Co-founder and CEO of Astra (RTP rail). He is an expert in real-time payments and embedded fintech. A self-taught engineer with a background in optimization and complex systems from Columbia University. As Astra's founding CEO, he designed the platform architecture for the API's risk engine and settlement orchestration system. Gil believes that great software is forged, not invented and that the most valuable technology should do compounding work for those who use it.
Sumeet Ahuja - VP of Product (Former Circle, PayPal, AT&T). He is a seasoned technology and product leader with global experience across various industries . At Circle he lead product strategy and built international stablecoins - fiat-backed digital currencies. In the past at PayPal's scaled consumer business to over $1bn in annual revenue, at AT&T's launched their Bay Area flagship innovation center and introduced groundbreaking services.
