The Delegation Diaries: Drama, Dialogues & Doing Less
The Delegation Diaries: Drama, Dialogues & Doing Less
If you’ve led a team, you know the instinct: it’s quicker to do it yourself, and harder to let go once you delegate.
Work then starts to concentrate in one place and you become the bottleneck.
Delegation is, without doubt, a key skill.
The question is how to do it well.
How much detail is enough?
What are you handing over: task or responsibility?
How do you keep quality without staying involved in everything?
And how do you say all of this clearly, without overthinking every interaction?
That’s what we’ll work on in this session: the language of delegation, clear, natural, usable in real work. We’ll try it out in different scenarios, from quick exchanges to more complex situations where expectations and ownership need to be aligned.
We’ll be joined by Ilka Dimova, a former CEO who has led teams of over 200 people and now supports founders as their businesses grow. She brings real case studies, lived experience, and practical solutions from working with teams under pressure, at scale, and with limited time for error.
The session is interactive, practical, and relaxed over a drink, with space to test ideas and share experiences.
Bring your own examples and we’ll come up with ideas, solutions, and a few good conversations along the way.
For international speakers of English (B1+). Limited seats.
Fee: 30 EUR via Revolut link on sign-up.
