The Seattle C-Suite Leadership Gala brings accomplished leaders together around a simple purpose: to develop the next generation of leaders, share the wisdom gained through their journeys, and collectively give back to the community.
Presented by Seattle Ganesh Utsav, the Gala convenes leaders from technology, business, entrepreneurship, investment, education, philanthropy, and the broader community—not simply to celebrate achievement, but to turn leadership experience into meaningful impact.
Our focus is built around three commitments:
Develop Future Leaders Create pathways for young people through mentorship, internships, leadership exposure, and opportunities to learn directly from accomplished leaders.
Share Leadership Wisdom Encourage experienced leaders to pass forward the lessons, perspectives, and experiences accumulated throughout their careers—helping inspire and prepare the leaders who follow them.
Create Community Impact Bring leaders together around service, volunteering, and meaningful causes where their experience, relationships, and resources can strengthen the communities around us.
The evening will feature leadership conversations, distinguished guests, meaningful recognition, and opportunities to build relationships across Seattle’s leadership community. We are honored to welcome R. Madhavan as our Chief Guest, joining leaders from across business and the community.
But the Gala is not intended to end when the evening concludes.
Our aspiration is to build a year-round leadership community where relationships formed at the Gala translate into mentorship, internships, knowledge sharing, community service, and new opportunities for the next generation.
