Conscious Connected Breathwork is a beautiful and powerful tool to help develop deeper states of awareness. The practice works directly with the nervous system allowing the Body, Mind and Spirit to tune into the sub-conscious where altered states of consciousness are accessed. As we explore here, we connect with and resource the intuitive intelligence already living within.
Whether seeking deep physical, emotional, and/or trauma healing through processing and release...an embodied understanding of clarity, calmness and love...a moment to reduce stress and anxiety...or a dedicated space to exhale, tune in, and come home to Self...

🍃How to Prepare🍃
Recommend to not consume a large meal 2-3hrs prior to the gathering. If needed, a small snack is perfectly alright. Ideally, do not want to be actively digesting nor have a full stomach.
Be mindful if considering to consume mind altering substances as such will limit and dull the experience.
Drop your expectations. Trust in your Self. Trust in the Body. Trust in the Breath.
