About Event

Join Saturn Dynamics and leaders across the Physical AI ecosystem for a day of candid conversations, startup showcases, and practical insight into what it will take to build the next generation of intelligent machines.

The event is hosted at Google Cloud Offices

What to Expect

We’ll explore the full journey: from world models and hardware to controllers, infrastructure, deployment, and the business strategies that will shape the industry.

We’ll focus on what is working in practice, where the hardest gaps remain, and how the field can move beyond controlled environments.

The Conversations

State of the World (Models)

What exactly is a world model, and what can it do?

This opening conversation will unpack the different approaches to building systems that represent, simulate, and predict the world. Speakers will explore emerging applications across creative and physical AI, share examples of what is already being deployed, and discuss the technical and product gaps still standing between promising research and useful systems.

Physical AI: From World Models to Controllers

Understanding the world is only the beginning. The real test is whether an AI system can perceive, reason, and act within it. This conversation will examine the path from world models to capable controllers, including the differences between vision-language-action models and world-action models.

We’ll explore the components required to turn prediction into action, what is working today, what remains unsolved, and whether the field is approaching a defining moment of its own.

Deploying Physical AI

A capable system is only the starting point. The lasting winners will be the companies that can bring Physical AI into production, and build businesses around it.

This closing fireside chat will focus on go-to-market strategy, productionising the intelligence layer, and the operational realities of deploying intelligent systems in complex environments.

The conversation will also examine the trade-offs between vertical and horizontal approaches, how today’s market compares with future expectations, and where the most important opportunities may emerge as Physical AI moves from possibility to practice.

Startup Showcases

Alongside the fireside conversations, the event will feature Startup Showcases with practical perspectives, demonstrations, and lessons from teams building at the frontier of Physical AI, from hardware and evaluation to data, infrastructure, and deployment.
