About the Presenter
Glenda Cadwallader is a retired consultant with more than 35 years of executive leadership and nonprofit consulting experience. She has guided organizations through strategic planning, governance, organizational development, business planning, leadership transitions, and capacity building.
As the founding Executive Director of The Peter & Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation, Glenda helped shape one of Western New York's leading philanthropic organizations. She has also held senior leadership positions at Aspire and Jewish Family Services and has spent her consulting career helping nonprofits strengthen their infrastructure and prepare for the future.
Glenda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
