Gray Area - Private Exhibition Viewing & Showcase
As part of the NODE opening weekend, we are delighted to invite you to a private viewing of Unnatural – Of Humus & Artifact, a solo exhibition by Sandrine Deumier, hosted by Gray Area.
The visit will be led by Wade Wallenstein, curator of the exhibition, offering first-hand insight into the digital art institution and its mission to support creatives of the Bay Area. In addition to the current show, a selection of surprise works by OG artists from the Gray Area Collection will be on view. Expect a few true wow moments.
This event is open to invited guests as part of the NODE opening program and 100 collectors members.
We look forward to welcoming you for this special evening.
About Gray Area:
Gray Area is a San Francisco-based nonprofit cultural incubator.
Our mission is to cultivate, sustain, and apply antidisciplinary collaboration — integrating art, technology, science, and the humanities — towards a more equitable and regenerative future. Since our inception in 2008, Gray Area has established itself as a singular hub for critically engaging with technology and culture in the Bay Area, while also reaching a global audience. Through our platform of public events, education, and research programs we empower a diverse community of creative practitioners with the agency to create meaningful social impact through category-defying work.
About 100 collectors:
100 collectors is a global club for contemporary and digital art collectors.
Founded by curators and art advisors, the club brings together collectors who want to collect with intention, beyond hype and speculation. We support collectors at every step of their collecting journey, offering educational context, guidance, art advisory and access.
Members benefit from curated editorial content, early access to artworks, and a strong international community. Online, through gated resources and discussions. Offline, through private events, guided visits, and intimate gatherings around major art fairs, exhibitions, and digital art conferences.
At its core, 100 collectors values thoughtful collecting, long-term support for artists, and meaningful engagement with art today.
