SHOKZ x RUN-N-RAVE SUNDAY LONGRUN
This Sunday, we're teaming up with Shokz, official sponsor of the Berlin Marathon, to test out some awesome Open Ear Headphones and give away a pair to one lucky runner!

Marathon season is approaching, and that means Sunday is becoming Looooong Run day.
Have you been wanting to try some longer runs, but in a safe group with an easy pace and lots of options to turn back if you need?
RUN-N-RAVE got YOU covered 🧡
Goal is an easy pace 12k run, but we also have shorter routes. There are always places to loop back earlier.
This run is for everyone who is wanting to get in to longer distances at an easy, friendly pace, and have space to turn back any time if you need to.
📍 MEET AT: RUN-N-RAVE Lab at CIC, Lohmühlenstr 65, 12435
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
🧡 7k + 12k easy pace long run, around 6:30 pace
🎧 Shokz is bringing 50 pairs of open-ear headphones so we can all sync up and run to the same soundtrack together. We still hear each other and the nature, with a special playlist that doesn't interrupt the experience.
📅 THE BREAKDOWN:
9:00 AM — Roll up, bag drop, Shokz headphone checkout 🎧
9:20AM — Warm up 🌲🏃♀️
9:30AM - Roll out
10:25AM - 7k runners get back
10:55AM - 12k runners get back
After - snacks, drinks, time to connect, and RAFFLE for one pair of Shokz!
