​Thursdays were made for this.

​Every week, we lace up, meet outside Sunroom Coffee and head out together. A few easy miles through the city, the kind of run that's better with company. Five-minute pace or first-timer, you'll have someone to run beside. Nobody gets dropped. Nobody runs alone.

​Then we do the best part: we stop, we grab a drink, we stick around and socialize. New faces, familiar ones, and the people who make HAVN, Salty Star, and Sunroom feel like a neighborhood.

​Here's how it goes:

• ​Every Thursday · 7:00 PM — we start on time, so come a few minutes early

• ​Meet outside Sunroom Coffee — look for the group, you won't miss us

• ​Social · Fun · All Levels — walk it, jog it, or send it

• ​Coffee/Drinks after — the run is the warm-up for the hang

​Bring your shoes and a friend, or just bring yourself and leave with a few. No registration line, no pressure, no fee — just show up ready to move.
