Eugene Cipparone
Eugene Cipparone is the Associate General Counsel at Goodmans LLP. He specializes in knowledge management, risk management, records management and legal technology and innovation. He is a founding member of the Knowledge Management Advisory Board for Practical Law Canada and likes to consult with and advise numerous legal technology start-ups as they develop their products for the “big law” Canadian legal market. Think Kira, Closing Folders and MinuteBox. Eugene is also the co-author of Conflicts of Interest: Principles for the Legal Profession (Thomson Reuters, 2024), he is a graduate of the Second City Conservatory (2004 – 2006) and is sometimes a stand-up comedian.
