A relaxed space where curiosity meets good food. The ALT Protein Café, organised by the Reading ALT Protein project, brings together researchers, students, and food enthusiasts to taste Alt protein foods, meet new people, and share ideas in an informal setting.
No presentations. No heavy science. Just great tasting, meaningful networking, and open conversation about the future of food.
This is open to all students and researchers from the University.
