​In this interactive workshop, members will learn how their natural DISC Bird communication style impacts the way they interview, network, respond under pressure, and connect with employers. We’ll explore the four DISC Bird styles (Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl), how each style shows up in interviews, and the communication patterns that may be helping — or hurting — confidence and clarity.
