About This Session

Not every season comes with clarity. Some of them are dark, disorienting, and quietly exhausting in ways that are hard to name — even to yourself.

And yet. Even in the dark, there is something to find. A slower pace. A different kind of noticing. The small, ordinary moments that hold more sweetness than we give them credit for when we are always moving too fast to feel them.

This session with Cian, founder of NurturingHer and Return Apothecary, is an invitation to stop fighting the seasons that do not look like growth and start finding what is alive within them.

Drawing from somatic practice, nervous system awareness, plant wisdom, ritual, and her own lived experience navigating fibroids, burnout, grief, and disconnection from the body, Cian holds space for the kind of embodied, honest exploration that does not happen from the neck up.

This session will not give you a roadmap out of the dark. It will give you something better — the tools to move through it with more grace, more presence, and more trust in yourself.

What You Will Experience

  • Guided somatic and embodied practices for navigating uncertainty and transition

  • Reflective exploration of what it means to find meaning, pleasure, and sweetness in ordinary, mundane moments

  • Nervous system regulation tools for moving through dark or disorienting seasons without bypassing them

  • Plant wisdom and ritual practices for grounding and self-devotion

  • A deeply held, intimate community space for honest sharing and collective witnessing

About Cian

Cian is the founder of NurturingHer — a healing space rooted in embodied reflection, emotional honesty, nervous system care, plant wisdom, and movement — and Return Apothecary, a love letter to her father and an extension of her belief in the healing found in nature. Her work supports women in navigating life’s transitions with greater self-trust, reconnecting with desire and pleasure, and returning to themselves more deeply and honestly.

This session is part of the Wellth Mindset Program — an 8 to 12 month virtual sanctuary for Black, POC women and all women ready to do this work at the intersection of wellness and wealth. Registration for the full program is available at OnePeopleTO.ca
