Deep within AIRE's candlelit 1912 Edwardian sanctuary, where stone walls hold centuries of stillness and the outside world fades to a murmur, you are invited to take flight into something altogether otherworldly. A 90-minute sound immersion designed to ease tension, improve circulation, and guide body and mind into a state of deep, unhurried rest.
Othership guide and sound healer Arkaya moves through the space with live vocals, resonant instruments, and layered soundscapes that wash over the body like warm water. Each note is intentional. Each silence, even more so. The sound works on you the way ancient bathing rituals always have, not by asking you to do anything, but by creating the conditions for your nervous system to finally let go.
From the opening breath to the optional cold immersion, where Arkaya's voice becomes your guide through the threshold, every moment of this experience is a seamless passage. One environment flowing into the next. Heat and cold. Sound and stillness. Effort and surrender.
