FUSION LAB – BUILD THE IMPOSSIBLE
Open only to MBA, MSW, M.A HRM, PGDM students
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The event consists of three rounds.
2. Each team shall consist of 3 participants.
3. Teams will be provided with two random Product Cards at the beginning of the event.
4. Preparation Time: 5 minutes for Round 1 & Round 2, and 3 minutes for Round 3.
5. Participants must complete their presentation within the allotted time.
6. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
ROUND 1 – PRODUCT FUSION
Teams will receive two random Product Cards and combine them to create one innovative product. Participants must explain the product concept, functionality, target audience, and unique selling proposition.
Presentation Time: 3 Minutes
ROUND 2 – CRISIS CHALLENGE
Each team will receive a Business Challenge Card introducing an unexpected crisis related to their product. Participants must develop an effective strategy to overcome the challenge while maintaining the product's market position.

ROUND 3 – LAUNCH CHALLENGE
Teams will receive a Launch Style Card (e.g., Shark Tank Pitch, TV Commercial, Podcast, Press Conference, Social Media Campaign, etc.). Participants must launch their product using the assigned presentation style while effectively communicating its value proposition.
Presentation Time: 5 Minutes
EVENT TIMING: 9:30 AM Onwards
VENUE: MBA Classroom, Ground Floor (Annex Block)
Participants are requested to complete the registration between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM on Day 1 and Day 2 for the respective events.
Participants are requested to be present at their respective venue 15 minutes prior to the event.
Registration Steps
Enter the required details (Name, College Name, Email ID, Phone Number, etc.).
Click the Google Form link and complete the payment. Amount to be paid perperson is rupees 100.
Upload the payment screenshot in the Google Form and submit it.
Return to the Luma event page and select "Uploaded the Screenshot".
Click "Request to Join".
Once your request is approved by the host, you will receive a confirmation email for your event participation.
Keep the confirmation email and QR code safe, as they are required for event entry.
