林田貴士（Managing Partner, Taisu Ventures）
投資銀行およびプライベートエクイティ業界で20年以上の豊富な経験を有する専門家。ゴールドマン・サックス、BNPパリバ、バンク・オブ・アメリカ・メリルリンチといった大手金融機関での勤務を経て、現在はエレメンツ・キャピタルおよびアース・エレメンツ・キャピタルを設立し、小型企業に特化したプライベートエクイティファンドを運用しています。

児玉 健（Founder and Chairman, EMURGO）

As Midnight’s Japan Country Manager, he oversees everything from market strategy and corporate partnerships to community growth in Japan. He combines an entrepreneurial perspective with leadership honed at global corporations. As a co-founder of Mycel, he led the market expansion of infrastructure protocols and previously engaged in strategic relationship building for major enterprises and growth support for Web3 projects at LinkedIn. With a background in Japan and Indonesia, he is fluent in three languages. Having previously worked at NTT Communications, he brings a broad range of expertise spanning from enterprise to Web3.
Takashi Hayashida (Managing Partner, Taisu Ventures)
An expert with over 20 years of extensive experience in the investment banking and private equity industries. After working at major financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he founded Elements Capital and Earth Elements Capital, where he manages private equity funds specializing in small-cap companies. He began investing in the Web3 space in 2017 and joined EMURGO’s Venture Capital Investment Committee in 2019. He combines deep knowledge cultivated in traditional financial markets with sharp insight into the ever-evolving Web3 ecosystem, allowing him to approach investments from a multifaceted perspective.
Ken Kodama (Founder and Chairman, EMURGO)
Founder and Chairman of EMURGO and co-founder of Cardano. Leveraging over 10 years of experience in the crypto-asset and blockchain field, he is driving the industry's global development. With a mission to redefine "trust" and "value," he is dedicated to creating next-generation financial innovation. Currently based in Singapore, he leads EMURGO and promotes the construction of global financial value chains. Yoshimoto Bansho (Representative Director, WEA Japan)
Engaged in corporate sales, business development, and management planning at NTT for approximately 30 years. Subsequently, after working at GMO Payment Gateway, a venture company in the cashless payment field, he is currently the Representative Director of WEA Japan, where he promotes business development for next-generation payment and financial infrastructure using Web3 and blockchain technology. With a background of practical experience spanning telecommunications, payments, finance, and Web3, he works on the fusion of existing financial systems and new decentralized technologies, including stablecoins, cross-border payments, on-chain payments, and the utilization of digital assets.
Tomoko Takasaki（Head of Web3 Innovation Platform, Ibex Japan KK / Senior Manager, Antler Ibex）
At Ibex, Tomoko leads business development, PoCs, innovation programs, and venture creation in AI and Blockchain using Foundation AI. Previously at Antler, she evaluated 3,000+ founders and startups globally, helping triple applications and double investments in Japan. She spent 18 years in the entertainment industry, specializing in IP and new business.
