In this class, we use mobility and interactive play sequences to intentionally release creative blockages stored in the body. Being in a state of flow and joy we swerve past mental resistance.

Jim Ekanem is a Trainer and Facilitator with a background in Fitness Training, Corporate Innovation and Play-at-Work.
