Benedikt Liebig and his teams build digital services for the federal administration, and they do it in the open. In his talk, “Radically open: How working in the open makes us faster, more effective and user-centered”, he’ll share what that has taught him about product management.

Benedikt is a Senior Product Manager and Lead at DigitalService. Since his Tech4Germany fellowship in 2020, he has been supporting digital projects of the federal public administration, working iteratively and with a data-driven, human-centric view. His focus is creating spaces where administration, design, IT and law work as one team to deliver a service.
