About Event

​IGNI is a one-night pop-up collaboration between Jason Wang - Sous Chef of Alder and An Hoang - Executive Chef from Aloette, bringing a Southeast Asian perspective to the familiar spirit of the diner.

​Drawing from childhood memories, late-night meals, street food, and the dishes that shaped their passion for cooking, the two chefs reinterpret those flavors through a playful diner-inspired menu.

​Familiar and deeply personal, IGNI brings together their shared Asian roots with the techniques and perspectives they’ve developed in their kitchens today.

​Tickets
$130 per person — full food menu + welcome drink
$160 per person — full food menu + welcome drink + 2-glass wine pairing
