​AI is moving from experimentation to implementation, and many scaleups are currently trying to figure out what that means in practice.

​How do you move from AI assistants to autonomous agents? Where should adoption happen inside the organisation? How do you ensure quality when software no longer behaves the same way every time? And perhaps most importantly, how do you bring people along in a transformation that is changing the nature of knowledge work itself?

​To explore these questions, Søren Munk Hansen (Highbridge Lawfirm) will moderate a conversation between:

​Together they will share what they are currently seeing, testing, building, and learning when it comes to AI in scaling companies.

​Following the conversation, participants will break into three smaller discussion groups, each hosted by one of the speakers.

​Before we split up, Andreas, Christian and Kåre will each introduce the topic they are currently exploring most deeply. These topics will serve as the starting point for the discussions, giving participants the opportunity to dive deeper into the questions, opportunities and challenges that resonated most during the conversation.

​The discussions are intended to be interactive and participant-driven. While each group starts with a specific theme, the conversation will naturally evolve based on the experiences and challenges brought into the room.
