Curious to become a coach?

​We've worked with over 250 coaches in the last 5 years, and every year we help around 1,000 people through career transitions. At some point it was only natural that people started asking us to put everything we'd learned into an actual course, so we did.

​It's funded by Agentur für Arbeit, so if you're a job seeker, you can take it without paying for it yourself. We built it so you don't just learn to support someone one-on-one, you also learn how to work within an organization.
