Joe Lee has made a meaningful transition into the social sector after years in the corporate world. Through the Reternship Programme, she found her footing, built new connections, and discovered a path she hadn't imagined before — and she's here to share what that journey really looked like.
Leo is a community member who has walked the road of volunteering and exploring social service work firsthand. He brings a grounded, honest perspective on what it takes to show up for others while figuring out your own next chapter.
Wendy Yeo is Head of Talent & Transformation at YWCA, Founder of Incite Insights, and our wonderful trainer behind our Social Service Reternship Programme. With over 20 years across Psychology, the SAF, corporate HR leadership, and now back the non-profit sector, she's seen this transition from every angle — and she'll will moderate the session and share her insights on what it takes to thrive in the social sector.
