Connection & Belonging A Free Virtual Support Group for College Students

College asks you to figure out who you are — often far from the people who made you.

For first-gen, 1.5 gen, immigrant background, and international students, that pressure shows up in a hundred small moments: the part of yourself you quietly set aside. The exhaustion of holding multiple versions of yourself at once.

This is a free, one-time virtual support group for students who know what it means to navigate between worlds. Not therapy — just an honest space to sit with others who get it, and feel a little less alone in what you're carrying.

We'll talk about:

  • Holding multiple identities while everyone around you seems certain of theirs

  • Family expectations and what you owe yourself in the middle of that

  • Building community when you've always had to translate yourself first

  • What taking care of yourself actually looks like when rest feels unearned

You don't have to have it figured out to show up. That's the point.

RSVP if you identify as a first-gen, 1.5 gen, or international student.
