​Mending the Healers is meant to be fundamentally different. It is not a place to talk shop, vent frustrations, or take on more emotional load. Instead, this circle is a protected container dedicated entirely to genuine renewal —a space to mend the healer.

​Setting aside that Saturday morning is the first boundary: an embodied choice to step out of the therapist chair, let down vigilance, and reset the nervous system in community. Using grounding practices that dovetail naturally into clear boundary scripts, we’ll explore how protecting space can move from task-orientation into being, which is important for renewal.
