November Learning Leaders Collective
Join us for our November session of Learning Leaders Collective!
Join us as we chat with Kim Stoberski, Director of Leadership Development at PalAmerican Security, about what it takes to build leadership development that works for leaders at every level of an organization, not just the ones who get a seat in the academy.
Most leadership programs are designed for a small group and then stretched to fit everyone else. Kim leads enterprise leadership development in partnership with Operations and People & Culture, which means her programs have to hold up in the real world, not just in the training room. This session looks at how to build competencies and development plans that scale.
By signing up to this event, you'll be added to our email list where we will announce our monthly speakers. Looking forward to learning and networking with you!
