Speakers and Panelists

Jacob Willemsen (Moderator): President and Founder of TABS Inc. Specialist in U.S. market entry and growth, helping startups and scaleups navigate the complexities of landing in the U.S.

Constantijn van Duren: Constantijn van Duren is co-founder of NOMOBO, a global production company specializing in livestreaming and hybrid events. He has scaled NOMOBO into a trusted partner for leading brands across entertainment, sports, and corporate sectors, delivering productions for clients including Samsung, Google, Salesforce, Workday, David Guetta, Red Bull, Major League Rugby, and Ultra Music Festival. Driven by a focus on storytelling, innovation, and high production standards, Constantijn has helped redefine how audiences experience live content - blending cutting-edge technology with a reliable, sustainable, remote-first production model. Following a minority investment by Project Worldwide in 2021 and full integration in 2025, NOMOBO is now being integrated with sister agency OS Studios as part of the Project Worldwide network.

Ilan Goudsmit: Ilan Goudsmit is a Strategic Advisor to AI and fintech companies and Operating Partner at True Global Ventures. Previously, he was a Partner at VC/growth fund Endeit Capital and a board director of 3D Hubs, which exited to U.S.-listed Proto Labs. He will share key lessons for Dutch founders on preparing for U.S. investors and buyers and successfully navigating these transactions.

Erwin van Meeteren: Fractional CFO with a passion for M&A and scaling ambitious SaaS and e-commerce businesses. He works closely with founders, investors, and management teams to prepare, execute, and optimize transactions—whether it’s fundraising, buy-and-build, or exit readiness. His approach is hands-on and data-driven, with a focus on being always due diligence ready and translating financial insights into strategic decisions.

Jan Joosten: Jan Joosten is an experienced corporate lawyer based in New York City with 29+ years of experience in representing Dutch companies that do business in the US. Many of his clients are Dutch start-ups that want to raise money in the U.S. (often through a Delaware flip)—or sell themselves to a U.S. buyer. Originally from the Netherlands, Jan has law degrees from the Netherlands (Leiden University) and the U.S. (Harvard Law School). He is a member of the New York bar. He is a Founding Partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP.
