Industry Night 2026: Project Showcase

Show off what you've built at Industry Night 2026! We're opening 6 showcase spots for student projects at Heritage Hall on Thursday, November 5. Present your work to employers, alumni, and industry pros, and get real feedback on your project.

How it works:

• Free to participate

• 6 projects total. Applications are reviewed and approved by the organizers. Applying does not guarantee a spot: applications close Nov 1 at 11:59 AM, then we'll review every submission and select the projects to showcase

• One registration per team or group. Only one person should apply on behalf of the whole team. Solo projects are welcome too, so you can apply as an individual

• We provide a table and a black table cloth

• Each table is shared by two projects, so each team gets half a table

• Since tables are shared, please keep it to 1–2 members at your table at a time. Everyone else is free to roam and network. Plan shifts with your team so everyone gets a turn to present

• Decor and setup are up to your team. Bring anything you need to present your project (laptop, monitor, posters, props, etc.)

Once your application is approved, we'll email you with setup time and next steps.
