​EARTHBOUND STUDIO 01 // RECEIVE is an intimate sound bath experience designed to invite you out of doing and into simply being.

​Through sound, stillness, and intentional rest, we’ll create space to slow down, soften, and receive whatever you need in the moment.

​You’ll be guided through a 60-minute immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls and other sound elements, moving between moments of grounding, reflection, and deep rest. There’s nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

​No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.

​What to bring:
• yoga mat
• water
• comfortable clothing

​Blankets and eye masks will be provided.

​Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space.

Take the 506 Carlton streetcar to College St & Bathurst St. The studio is a short walk from the intersection.

​By car: Paid street parking is available along College St. Please give yourself a little extra time to find parking and settle in before the session.
