Start Every Day Positive
Cultivating Intention, Mindfulness & a Life You Actually Feel Good Living
June 7 · 12–2 PM
What if your days didn’t just happen to you…
but started with clarity, direction, and self-trust?
This is a space to slow down, tune in, and gently reset how you move through your life.
Start Every Day Positive is a guided, reflective workshop designed for people who want to feel more grounded, intentional, and connected—to themselves and to others.
Led by Annette Furio, founder of Season Journals, this experience blends psychology-backed practices with thoughtful journaling prompts to help you:
– Get clear on what actually matters to you right now
– Build a sustainable intention-setting practice
– Cultivate more self-compassion (instead of self-criticism)
– Shift into a more grounded, growth-oriented mindset
– Create small daily rituals that change how your life feels
No pressure. No perfection.
Just a thoughtful space to reflect, reset, and reconnect.
Each attendee will take home a workbook.
