Nature Immersion & Reading Circle along River Hooghly
Join us for a morning walk along the Hooghly river in Kolkata, as we collectively witness and experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the city.
General Description about Hosts etc
All Living Things Environmental Film Festival (ALT EFF), the world’s largest decentralised film festival, is back for its 6th edition with groundbreaking cinema that reframes our gaze toward stories of renewal, resilience, and hope.
As part of the Kolkata leg of the festival, Veditum India Foundation and Kolkata Change Makers (KCM) are partnering with ALT EFF to help manage the film programming along with the venue partners The Red Bari.
The film programming will take place at The Red Bari on the evening of 13th December (Saturday), and tickets for the film screenings can be purchased at this link: https://urbanaut.app/spot/alteff-kolkata
Beyond this, Veditum and KCM are also creating / conducting a set of environmentally inclined non-film events earlier on the same day - 13th Dec (Saturday).
The first of which is this immersive experience of walking along the River Hooghly in Kolkata.
