​About the retreat

​After completing the Leadership Circle, many alumni begin to ask deeper questions — not just how to lead, but why. The Bhutan retreat is designed as the next step on that journey: a 7-day immersion that creates the conditions for higher-state experiences to emerge — joy, awe, clarity, meaning, and a renewed sense of purpose.
