Ease Your Eco-Anxiety: Navigating Climate Change with Mindfulness
Ease Your Eco-Anxiety: Navigating Climate Change with Mindfulness
Dear friends ~ we cannot help our burning planet, disappearing species and hurting human kin across the world unless we are grounded and balanced, unless we have access to inner stability and joy, unless we are working through some aspects of our raw and primal grief, rage or shame. Please join mindfulness and climate educator, Charlotte Nguyen, in this session designed to help you access deeper inner courage and calmness. We will draw inspiration from Thich Nhat Hanh’s book, Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet, along with nature-based and body-based practices to tend to our individual and collective suffering. Please join us to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and the Earth.
