​We’ll leave Manhattan together and make our way toward Princeton, taking a more enjoyable route away from the usual highway grind whenever possible. Along the way, we’ll stop for coffee, regrouping, photos, and a few carefully selected local experiences before arriving at Pastiamo Pasta.

​At Pastiamo, we’ll slow things down and gather around the table for fresh Italian food, conversation, and the community that sits at the heart of every Motor & Fork experience.

​This ride is not about getting from New York to Princeton as quickly as possible.
