GTM in BCN: Outbound Systems
GTM Working Session: What's Actually Breaking in Outbound
Not another panel. A small room, one problem at a time.
📍 Around Claude House, Barcelona (exact address TBD) 🗓️ ⏱️ 90 minutes 👥 Capped at 15 people
What this is
I'm pulling together 10 GTM people for a working session, not a talk. We'll take real outbound problems people are hitting right now and actually dissect them in the room. Bring your laptop if you want to pull something up live. If not, we just talk it through.
I'll open with the system behind OC:OS, the framework that's driven 6,497 outbound meetings, and the five mechanisms you need in place before outbound will ever work. Then the floor is yours: bring your GTM challenge, the group picks it apart, you leave with clear next steps.
No slides for the sake of slides. No "thought leadership." Just people who run outbound for a living, working through what's actually broken.
Agenda (roughly 90 min)
Welcome & intro (15 min) Quick round the room: your name, where you're from, what you're building, why you're here.
OC:OS: the system behind 6,497 outbound meetings (30 min) The five systems and mechanisms you need in place to run outbound successfully, and where most teams are missing one of them.
The challenge round (40+ min) You bring the problem. We dissect it together as a group, live, until there's a clear action to take.
Close (5 min) Wrap up, exchange info, next steps.
Who this is for
Founders, GTM leads, and SDR/sales leaders who are running outbound right now and hitting something they can't quite name. Not for people looking for a generic outbound 101.
Your host
I'm Olivier, founder of Outbound Catalyst. I've spent the last few years building the systems behind outbound for B2B SaaS companies across Europe and the US, such as Demodesk.com, Wintro.ai, wenite.io, talentguide.com, retailsonar.com, robovision.ai, robaws.com, egym-wellpass.com, yields.io, and dozens more.
Space is limited to keep this a working session, not a webinar. If it's full, reach out and I'll see what I can do.
