​Join us for an evening of truth, courage, and shared humanity at VisArt Video in Charlotte, NC.

​Speaking is Medicine™ is a community open mic series where personal stories become a path to healing, connection, and transformation. Here we speak from our scars and not our wounds, sharing the moments that once shaped us and now offer wisdom, resonance, and hope.

​For our next gathering from 7 to 9pm, we are honored to welcome a thoughtful lineup of storytellers and a wonderful MC who will guide us through the night with care. Each voice brings its own spark, and together they create a space that feels warm, honest, and beautifully human.

​Whether you feel called to step up to the mic or simply want to listen and hold space, you will find a welcoming atmosphere filled with empathy, laughter, tenderness, and truth. This is a place to breathe, a place to be seen, and a place to remember that stories can heal us individually and collectively.
