Start this month with a mind-body awareness workshop to help you slow down and reconnect with your body. Move with Intention is a 90-minute workshop designed to help you build awareness in movement — to feel each breath, each transition, and each moment on the mat with purpose.
Through a guided yoga flow, closing meditation and journaling reflection, you’ll explore how presence transforms not just your practice, but the way you move through everyday life. We move from setting intention for our practice and bring that awareness and clarity in our day to day.
